Hi there!

I know you – you’re ready to make a change in your life that will set you down a new and better path.  You want to succeed at work – and life – and achieve all that you set out to do. You want to improve your circumstances, look better, feel better, and reach your potential. You are ready, but…

But so far, you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work well for you. Maybe you’re stressed or suffering from anxiety. Perhaps you can’t lose that extra weight no matter how much you diet and exercise; or maybe the face you see when you look in the mirror doesn’t reflect the vibrant person you know yourself to be.

Is this you?

Do you feel overwhelmed in a sea of self-help advice?

Do you try one program after another only to find that nothing seems to work for you?

Have you just about given up hope of ever getting your life together?

If that sounds familiar, don’t worry. We’ve all felt that way at some point.

I did, too!

I’ve been in your shoes. I suffered from depression and anxiety for many years, trying on one solution after another like so many cheap shoes – none fit quite right, and many even hurt. I’ve had the same experience with diet, exercise and beauty. In fact, I eventually go to the point where I just needed to reinvent myself entirely. Life was passing by at light speed and I was going nowhere. Being a writer by trade and inquisitive by nature, I was able to put my researching chops to the test to try to understand why, despite reading and participating in numerous self-help programs, I couldn’t manage to make any progress. Over my twenty years of research, a pattern began to emerge – most of those self-help gurus out there had gotten it all wrong. They all tout the “right” way to _________, (manage stress, redesign your life, look better, eat right, etc.), but they were missing one very, VERY important part of the equation. The part that made the difference between failure and success. The part that is the essential element in “the Progress Paradigm.”

What is the Progress Paradigm?

Simply put, it’s a framework of thinking that puts YOU in the driver’s seat of your own destiny. It enables you to be constantly moving toward your goal – whether that is a calm demeanor, a slender or more fit body, more beautiful skin or even a whole new direction in your life. And that missing part? Well, it’s you. You are an individual. You have your own personality, likes, dislikes, lifestyle. You can’t be fit into the same mold as your brother, your mother, your friend, or that guy down the street. You need a personalized stress management plan if you want to really tackle anxiety and stress. You need that same kind of personalized approach to all your life goals. What works for others may not work for you. One Size Does NOT Fit All.

So now what?

So now, welcome to the good part. Welcome to your new life, where your destiny (and ways to achieve it) is determined by your individual nature, not by some program developed for “everyone”. I’ve got over twenty years of information and research to share with you and lots of experience in helping people design personal programs to transform all aspects of their lives.

So if you want to reinvent yourself, control anxiety, lose weight, get fit, and maximize your natural beauty, welcome to the new you!
